We provide consulting services to early-stage startups in seed, or series A specifically in the transformational digital supply chain. These services often depend on the current clients we are working with, but we are always working on final-mile projects, autonomous class 8 trucking, forward purchasing of contracts for full truckloads in the US/Canada, port drayage delivery of containers. We not only provide strategy but customer facing meetings with some of the nation’s largest retailers. Our customers are the startups, and their customers are the retailers so you would be on these calls helping to facilitate discovery and a working trial or project.
· Deliverables include fine tuning customer facing sales pitch deck that evolves weekly based on customer feedback
· Internal discovery meeting with retailer and startup founder
· Scope of trial / Implementation
· Signed MNDA
· SOP/SOW of detailed rollout so client, operations and capacity all are onboard and understand expectations
· Onboarding meeting
· Weekly review with operations and clients
Challenge/Opportunity Overview:
These early-stage startups lack structure so students will be building the process as they go. Learning how to operate with limited structure and providing maximum benefit to the customer and the customers’ customer is key.
The project scope may include, but are not limited to:
[1] Improving efficiency and workflow with different types of customers
[2] Long haul and short haul delivery operations
[3] Comparing customers current offering to the newly rolled out solution
I will personally be working with the students to guide and mentor them through the learning process.
